In this year’s consumer law seminar, Sarah Lee of Simpson Grierson provides a reminder of the laws that the cosmetics industry must be compliant with and covers recent cases highlighting key risk areas in the marketing of cosmetic products in New Zealand.  Sarah will also talk about the new prohibition against unconscionable conduct in trade and the extension of the unfair contract term provisions to standard B2B contracts.
